The leading clinics and medical rehabilitation centres of Germany cooperate with us on the basis of a 100% advance payment of treatment.

The prices of medical services in Germany and the management include the stay in single/double rooms, guiding by the leading specialists, costs for translators, translation of the medical documentation, transport charges within Germany (picking up and leave- taking), visa support for the patient and the accompanying person, as well as expenses for one accompanying person, including his stay in the room together with the patient (or his stay in a hotel). The schedule of prices differs and the treatment expenses are individual for each patient.

You will get from Medkontakt24 the invoice of payment with the banking information of the recipient. If required, a contract of services may be concluded with the patient or his sponsor of the treatment (legal or physical person).

In case you cannot arrive for the treatment for valid reasons (deterioration of the health state, obstacles to the entry / departure, and so on) the contributed sum will be returned to the payer according to his written request.

Upon receipt of 50 % of the identified invoice amount, you will receive an invitation for treatment from the clinic with the concrete name of the patient and the date of his hospitalisation at the clinic.

The remaining 50% of the invoice amount must be paid in the period from the date of the receipt of the entry permit to Germany until the entry into the country (see passage 1).

The official invitation of the clinic will be sent by fax to the German Embassy nearest to you (or Consulate).

The original of the invitation of the clinic goes to the patient or his contact with courier mail. The courier services guarantee the delivery of the original of the invitation within 2-3 days.

You will receive your visa upon presentation of the original invitation for check-up and treatment at the German Embassy (or Consulate) in accordance with the applicable rules.

You acquire your flight ticket and inform us about the name of the airline, date and time of the takeoff.
